Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage an extensive client portfolio across the globe
- Build strong and lasting relationships with clients by offering tailored solutions based on their requirements
- Analyse and assess project revenue and profit growth on the client side of the business, reacting rapidly to market changes and revising plans to ensure long term success
- Solve escalated issues and provide support to customers
- Build companyʼs international client base by preparing and persuasively delivering successful pitches
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong English language knowledge: both writing and verbal
- Strong analytical skills, work with data analysis
- Strong communication skills
- VoIP/SMS related skills will be considered as a advantage
